Job summary

Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full life cycle of recruiting at our Woodbridge, VA headquarters. The role requires partnering with management to define needs, write descriptions, source candidates, and move hires through the ATS with accuracy and integrity.

You will build strong relationships with schools and communities, coordinate job fairs, and ensure compliance while delivering timely, high-quality talent aligned with our mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field with 2+ years recruiting experience or 5+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office experience including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with candidate sourcing and maintaining an ATS is required.

Responsibilities

• Reduces time to fill positions across the organization.
• Partner with management to identify personnel needs and craft job descriptions.
• Develops and maintains a network to source qualified candidates; engages schools and public organizations.
• Coordinates and participates in job fairs and information sessions.
• Screens applications per OFCCP guidelines and moves candidates through interviews and offers.
