Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (HR or related field) required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience or 6 months Zeiders Recruiting Coordinator experience in lieu of required experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Reduce time to fill positions across the organization to hire the best candidate quickly.
• Partner with management to identify personnel needs, write or edit job descriptions, and close positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain networks with schools, alumni groups, and public organizations to attract applicants.
