Job summary

Pfeiffer Vacuum is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment across a range of roles, from intake through offer and onboarding handoff. This fully onsite position is based in Virginia Beach, VA, collaborating with Hiring Managers and HR Partners to ensure a high-quality hiring experience.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, a bachelor’s degree, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across assigned roles from intake to onboarding.
• Lead intake discussions with hiring managers to define role scope and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Vet candidates for role alignment and compensation expectations prior to manager engagement.
• Manage timely movement of candidates and gather feedback for decisions.
