Job summary

CODAC Health, Recovery & Wellness, Inc. is seeking an HR Recruiter to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies that build a strong candidate pipeline and attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants.

You will identify potential candidates for current and future openings via networking, sourcing, job fairs, and direct outreach, while partnering with hiring managers to assess knowledge, skills, and culture fit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent HR experience.
• Experience with Paycom and HRIS systems is a plus.
• Recruiting experience and strong communication required.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit through networking, sourcing, and job fairs.
• Identify potential candidates for current and future openings.
• Coordinate screening and prescreening interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate data in HRIS and provide recruiting reports.
