Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with HR Leaders and Hiring Managers.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment across multiple locations and functions.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience with timely feedback and professionalism.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to advise on strategies and support recruitment needs.
• Source talent using diverse methods and build a robust talent pipeline.
• Analyze labor market trends to improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Shadow roles to improve hiring fit in a manufacturing environment.
• Continuously refine processes to reduce time-to-hire and improve outcomes.
• Track and report recruitment metrics using ATS systems.
