Smithfield Foods, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment strategy across multiple locations.

You will partner with HR and Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and build a pipeline of qualified candidates, delivering an exceptional recruitment experience. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, candidate and hiring manager support, talent sourcing, labor market analysis, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience are required.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
• Demonstrates urgency, attention to detail, initiative and sound judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leverages emotional intelligence to build relationships internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for multiple locations across the organization.
• Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience with clear feedback.
• Collaborate with department leaders and HR teams on recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Research labor market trends to align sourcing strategies with market conditions.
• Shadow roles in manufacturing to improve hiring fit and reduce turnover.
• Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve time-to-hire and candidate experience.
• Use ATS to track candidates, provide updates and maintain recruitment records.
