Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Staffing Specialist to join our on-site recruiting team at the Florida headquarters. You will partner with hiring managers to identify, source, interview and assess top candidates, ensuring alignment with our organizational values and hiring needs.

You will build strong relationships across management and staff, develop meaningful candidate networks, and contribute to process improvements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Taleo is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of recruitment or staffing experience.
• Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication; interact with all levels of staff and management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet changing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, interview and assess candidates for positions in the organization.
• Find talent and make recommendations for hire.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, executives and employees and a candidate network while providing excellent customer service.
• Find and hire employees with the company values who meet or exceed role criteria.
• Create and maintain search-engine-optimized job descriptions and the Taleo job library.
• Participate in department projects and process-improvement efforts to increase efficiencies and success.
