Colliers is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to partner with hiring managers and candidates, driving full-cycle recruitment with data-driven insights. You will source, assess, and present top talent, while maintaining a superior candidate and hiring manager experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will work across multiple locations (WA, OR, AZ, IL) in a hybrid setup, leveraging ATS tools like Workday and market intelligence to forecast hiring needs and optimize pipelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition role.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Sourcing talent through LinkedIn, Indeed and referrals.
• Strong analytics and data usage to inform hiring decisions.

• Develop partnerships with hiring managers to understand priorities and talent needs.
• Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor using market insights and data.
• Source, interview, assess, and present high-quality candidates for open roles.
• Fill critical roles efficiently while delivering a superior candidate and client experience.
• Collaborate within the Talent Acquisition team to improve recruiting outcomes.
