Alcanza is a growing multi-site clinical research company seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple sites. You will partner with business leaders to develop strategies, source top talent, manage the candidate journey, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience while aligning with workforce planning and KPIs.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in talent acquisition, with healthcare or clinical research recruitment experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business, or related field.
• 4+ years in talent acquisition, full lifecycle recruitment.
• 2+ years in healthcare or clinical research recruitment.
• Physician recruitment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end talent acquisition by partnering with business leaders.
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies from requisition to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
• Oversee candidate journey, postings, sourcing, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Optimize processes to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Communicate with managers, teams, agencies, and applicants timely.
• Leverage data and market intelligence to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws and HR policies.
