Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• Three (3) years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience; public sector experience preferred.
• Substitutions per county policy may apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for assigned departments from requisition through offer.
• Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and coordinate assessments and selection.
• Handle pre-employment processing and onboarding coordination.
• Represent county at career fairs and outreach events; build relationships with partners.
• Provide guidance on procedures, timelines, and documentation to hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment records and generate workforce metrics.
• Support continuous improvement and adoption of recruitment technologies.
