Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, business, public administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in recruitment, public sector preferred.
• Experience with Workday and ATS systems is required.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer for assigned departments.
• Consult with hiring managers on timelines, requirements, and ads.
• Create/manage requisitions in Workday and advertise positions.
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and document selection.
• Manage pre-employment processing and onboarding coordination.
• Represent the County at events and build community partnerships.
• Maintain recruitment records and generate workforce metrics.
