Nextlink—a Hudson Oaks, Texas-based ISP—seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment and onboarding across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers, craft compelling job postings, source top talent, and manage communications throughout the hiring process.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and ensure a smooth Day One onboarding experience. The role emphasizes employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies across platforms.
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with managers.
• Extend offers and negotiate within guidelines.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipeline for future openings.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, payroll, and facilities.
