Nextlink Internet is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Hudson Oaks, TX. The role focuses on attracting, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top talent across the organization.

You will partner with hiring managers, craft compelling postings, source candidates, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage offers. The position emphasizes an active candidate pipeline, background checks, orientation, and ensuring Day One readiness with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in roles such as Coordinator, Admin Assistant, HR or similar.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Ability to collaborate with department leaders and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Create and maintain compelling job postings across multiple platforms.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and proactive recruiting.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership and extend offers within guidelines.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings and onboarding.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks, background screenings, and new hire paperwork.
• Lead new hire orientation and ensure Day One readiness with HR, IT, payroll, facilities.
• Track onboarding completion and look for ways to improve the process.
