In this role you will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes, helping to shape a positive candidate experience and ensure regulatory compliance across recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
• Experience hiring for diverse roles from entry to executive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategy aligned with goals.
• Forecast hiring needs and build pipelines for opportunities.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for fit and experience.
• Partner with hiring managers; guide job descriptions and interview techniques.
• Promote employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and drive data-driven improvements.
