Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in executive or corporate recruiting.
• Experience in aerospace and/or manufacturing (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple open positions across teams.
• Articulate hiring requirements and craft compelling value propositions.
• Capable of handling fast-paced hiring with strong urgency while offering a great candidate experience.
• Team- and results-oriented with influencing skills.
• Experience recruiting for Diversity and Inclusion.
• Promote employer branding across channels.
• Strong negotiation skills with stakeholders and candidates.
• Proficient in internet sourcing techniques and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements.
• Actively participate in full cycle recruitment process.
• Ensure recruiting processes align with talent needs.
• Support all stages of the hiring process (pre-selection, interviews, offers).
• Partner with executives, site leaders and HR to determine needs.
• Target and assess top talent for openings at all levels.
• Develop and execute candidate generation strategies with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion.
• Source passive candidates via networks, searches, databases including social media.
• Perform market research and industry calibration.
• Collaborate with central recruiting resources to drive integrated strategies and cost-effectiveness.
• Involve external research firms when needed.
• Stay abreast of sourcing/recruiting trends.
