Job summary

fairlife, LLC, a Chicago-based nutrition company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Chicago team. You will manage full-cycle recruiting across functions, partnering with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire top talent.

This role emphasizes building strong pipelines, delivering a candidate-focused experience, and applying data-driven sourcing and reporting to improve time-to-fill while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment: manage end-to-end process incl. intake, sourcing, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and other sourcing methods.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and timely follow-up.
• Monitor metrics and reporting to improve time-to-fill and pipeline health.
