fairlife, LLC in Chicago seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across functions, partnering with hiring managers and HR to attract, assess, and hire top talent.

You will build pipelines, optimize processes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while aligning with fairlife's growth objectives. The role reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition and requires 4–6 years of recruiting experience.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, or CPG recruiting preferred.
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates.
• Strong consultation with hiring managers and candidates.
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use recruiting metrics and data to support decisions.
• Results-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently yet collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: End-to-end process for assigned positions, incl. intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with managers to understand needs and develop strategies.
• Talent Sourcing: Build pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and networks.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure positive, proactive communication and timely follow-up.
• ATS Management: Maintain candidate records and workflows in Greenhouse and other tools.
• Data & Reporting: Monitor metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline health.
• Process Excellence: Ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HRBPs and TA team.
• High-Volume and Specialized Hiring Support: Assist with large-scale initiatives.
