fairlife is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team in Chicago. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting activities across a variety of functions, helping attract, engage, and hire top talent. The Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting sourcing, selection, and hiring efforts that align with fairlife's growth objectives.
As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, this individual will contribute to process consistency, talent pipeline development, and recruiting best practices while partnering closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders.
responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and onboarding support.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide ongoing consultation throughout the hiring process.
- Talent Sourcing: Build and maintain pipelines of qualified talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, employee referrals, job boards, and other sourcing methodologies.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a positive and engaging experience for candidates through proactive communication, thoughtful interview coordination, and timely follow-up.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate records, workflows, and reporting within Greenhouse and other recruiting technologies.
- Data & Reporting: Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and candidate flow to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Process Excellence: Support consistent recruiting practices and compliance with company policies, employment laws, and hiring procedures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition team members to ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
- High-Volume and Specialized Hiring Support: Assist with large-scale hiring initiatives, including manufacturing, operations, corporate, and professional recruiting efforts as business needs evolve.
skills/qualifications required:
- Bachelor's Degree or a combination of relevant education and experience required.
- 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
- Manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, or CPG recruiting experience preferred.
- Experience utilizing an ATS (Greenhouse preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates through creative search strategies.
- Strong consultation and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use recruiting metrics and data to support hiring decisions.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader team.
