Job summary

Herman Law seeks a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead multi-state recruiting for legal and non-legal roles in a dynamic, office-based Boca Raton setting. You will partner with leadership to build a strong candidate pipeline and own the full lifecycle from requisition to onboarding with an emphasis on a superior candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for legal roles strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
• Proficient in behavioral interviewing, sourcing methods, and employment law.
• Experience using AI-assisted recruiting tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficient in Paylocity ATS and Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for multi-state corporate and legal roles.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from requisition intake to offers and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, role requirements, and goals.
• Promote openings and the firm's employer brand across job boards.
• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Maintain proactive, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage requisitions and candidate data through the ATS, ensuring accuracy.
• Track recruitment analytics to assess sourcing and hiring effectiveness.
• Stay compliant with data protection regulations and employment law.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recruiting best practices.
