Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is seeking a Legal, Talent Acquisition Business Partner to own full-lifecycle recruitment for business services staff and attorneys across multiple offices.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will drive sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding programs while partnering with practice group leaders. You will coordinate early-career attorney programs, lead candidate communications, and ensure compliance with employment laws across jurisdictions.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with focus on legal recruitment preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Full-lifecycle recruitment for lateral attorneys, legal support staff, paralegals, and business services professionals across all offices.
• Coordinate early-career attorney programs and onboarding initiatives firm-wide.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and prepare candidate dossiers for hiring committees.
• Manage due diligence for attorney hires including bar admissions verification, background checks, and conflict checks.
• Oversee onboarding program, IT provisioning, and new-hire integration across offices.
