Job summary

Fogelman is actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned properties, collaborating with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will develop sourcing strategies, maintain candidate pipelines, ensure compliant hiring practices, and contribute to employer branding and community engagement to support growth across multifamily properties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for hourly and salaried roles in service, maintenance, or property management.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and recruiting technologies.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliant hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing and interview processes.
• Provide guidance on recruiting best practices and labor market conditions.
• Support acquisitions, transitions, and staffing initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and TA teams to meet hiring priorities.
• Track metrics, report progress, and identify process improvements.
• Represent Fogelman in industry events and community outreach for talent pipelines.
