Job summary

Tricentis is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner based in the United States (Atlanta or Austin) to advise leaders on talent strategy and hiring decisions. You will partner with Go-to-Market, Customer Growth, Corporate, and G&A leaders to move the business forward and build high-potential teams.

You will lead strategic searches, shape intake discussions into concrete hiring plans, and bring market insights and pipeline data into conversations.

Qualifications

• Shape intake conversations into hiring strategies, scorecards, and decision criteria.
• Bring market insights, compensation context, and pipeline data to hiring conversations.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing, assessment, and selection.

• Build talent pipelines for current and future needs and coach managers on interviewing and selection.
