CallonDoc is seeking a Full-Time Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist to source, screen, and oversee onboarding for clinical and non-clinical hires in a fast-paced environment. This role supports hiring managers, senior leadership, and HR in a remote setup.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of recruiting and onboarding experience, with strong communication, organizational skills, and a goal-driven mindset to help our growing team thrive.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting experience.
• 2+ years onboarding experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
• Experience coordinating interviews and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and plan workforce.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards and networks.
• Screen candidates for qualifications and licensure when applicable.
• Coordinate interview processes, scheduling, and feedback.
• Oversee onboarding, pre-boarding, and documentation for new hires.
• Ensure compliance and accurate ATS records (ADP).
