Job summary

Rite-Hite is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the strategy and recruiting team supporting Service and Installation hiring. You will partner with Service leadership to meet immediate needs and build scalable pipelines for future growth.

You’ll lead a team of recruiters, develop workforce plans, and use labor-market insights to attract technician talent while strengthening Rite-Hite’s employer brand and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience.
• 2+ years of people-leadership experience.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies and workforce plans.
• Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills.
• Experience using recruiting technology, reporting, and talent analytics.

• Lead Technician workforce strategy aligned with Service objectives and regional needs.
• Build long-term workforce plans and pipeline strategies.
