Responsibilities

• Walk a full-time client through renewal terms that keep both sides whole
• Convert a relentlessly-kind hunch into a tested hypothesis the board can weigh
• Coordinate between Process Improvement and Employee Engagement teams as the person who makes the call
• Identify growth opportunities in the Bismarck, ND market and beyond
