Job summary

TOTO USA, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead full-cycle recruitment and develop the company’s talent strategy.

You will partner with business leaders across manufacturing, engineering, and corporate functions to attract and hire top talent while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires 5+ years in talent acquisition, strong ADP Workforce Now proficiency, and a results-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field required.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP, PHR).
• Office environment with occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Manages requisition lifecycle within HRIS/ATS (ADP Workforce Now).
• Develops scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Forecasts hiring needs with manufacturing, engineering, operations and corporate.
• Builds talent pipelines for skilled trades, engineering and leadership roles.
• Tracks recruiting metrics and drives continuous improvement.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws including EEO and pay transparency.
• Advises hiring managers on labor market trends and strategy.
• Trains managers on interviewing and compliance requirements.
• Enhances employer branding and partnerships with schools and programs.
• Leads early career initiatives including internships and apprenticeships.
