Trident Seafoods in Anchorage, AK seeks a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Strategy to lead enterprise recruiting across vessels, Alaska shoreplants, value-added plants, yards, and the Support Center.

You will set a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, lead the recruiting leadership team, and own requisition ownership, while strengthening employer brand, EVP, and analytics to drive service delivery across the enterprise. Expect ~20% travel to Alaska and Lower 48 facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in talent acquisition, recruiting, or workforce planning.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with high-volume, seasonal, operational or distributed workforces preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise talent acquisition and workforce strategy across all operating groups.
• Coach recruiting leaders for vessels, shoreplants, value-added plants, yards, and the Support Center.
• Own end-to-end recruiting lifecycle and requisition management.
• Develop sourcing and pipeline strategies for seasonal and hard-to-fill roles.
• Set operating standards, governance, and candidate experience.
• Leverage ATS, labor market insights, and analytics for planning and continuous improvement.
• Manage vendors, agencies, budgets, and employer branding initiatives.
• Advise leadership on workforce risks and labor market trends.
