Job summary

Trident Seafoods in Anchorage, AK, seeks a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Strategy to lead enterprise recruiting across vessels, shoreplants, value-added plants, yards, and the Support Center.

You will establish a forward-looking TA strategy, develop the recruiting leadership team, own requisitions, and strengthen employer brand, candidate experience, systems, analytics, and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in talent acquisition, recruiting, staffing, or workforce planning; multi-location hiring.
• 5+ years of people leadership; proven strategy and change leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; field relates to HR, Business, or Operations.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute enterprise talent acquisition strategy across all locations and functions.
• Lead recruiting leadership team and coordinate across vessels, shoreplants, plants, yards, and Support Center.
• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery and requisition governance across lifecycle.
• Direct executive, confidential, and hard-to-fill recruitment efforts as needed.
• Develop pipelines for seasonal, high-volume, skilled-trade, maritime, and leadership roles.
• Improve standards, service levels, governance, compliance, and candidate experience.
• Leverage ATS, labor market intelligence, and analytics for planning and improvements.
