Maxair Mechanical is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist to lead full-cycle recruiting across leadership, professional, operational, and skilled trades roles. You will design scalable systems, build talent pipelines, and partner with executives to align hiring with business goals.

The ideal candidate is strategic, relationship-focused, and experienced in ATS, analytics, and recruiting partnerships with schools and community organizations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Experience building or significantly improving recruiting strategies, systems, and talent pipelines.
• Experience utilizing ATS, recruiting technology, and recruiting analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own Maxair’s full-cycle recruiting strategy across leadership, professional, operational, and skilled trades positions.
• Build the foundation for a scalable Talent Acquisition function with processes, tools, and partnerships.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring strategies.
• Design and continuously improve recruiting processes and hiring standards for consistency and growth.
• Build talent pipelines through partnerships with schools, military, workforce orgs, and community groups.
• Strengthen employer brand through events, partnerships, and employment marketing.
