• Build consensus across Organizational Development and Goal Setting owners who rarely agree.
• Reforecast mid-quarter when the GA numbers stop matching the plan.
• Sit between SAP SuccessFactors and Greenhouse teams as the person who makes the call.
• Own the Problem Solving model that forecast next quarter.
• Evaluate new initiatives through ROI analysis.
• Surface the metrics that decide ROI.
