PHMG in Chicago is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join the Internal Recruitment team. This hands-on leadership role combines high-volume recruitment with coaching, developing two recruiters, and owning SDR hiring across US offices.

You’ll mentor, monitor activity and results, coach for higher performance, and ensure the team delivers volume and quality talent to fuel PHMG’s US growth. A visible, strategic position reporting to Recruitment Director.

Competenze

• 3+ years' experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition in a target driven environment.
• Experience leading, coaching or mentoring others with accountability for performance.
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding individual targets or quotas.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment or sales environments.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, especially on LinkedIn and job boards.
• Comfortable on the phone and proactively approaching candidates.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Polished communicator who builds relationships with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
• Energetic, professional, and able to thrive in a competitive, sociable setting.

• Lead, coach and develop two Talent Acquisition Recruiters to achieve and exceed targets.
• Own team performance: monitor activity, pipeline health, conversion and hiring results.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to improve recruiter performance.
• Manage your own recruitment pipeline and deliver against personal hiring targets.
• Own the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Conduct high-quality phone screens and guide candidates through interview stages.
• Partner with Sales leaders and hiring managers across US offices to understand needs.
• Proactively source and engage candidates on LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Keep Greenhouse accurate and up to date across activities and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing, candidate experience and processes.
• Create a high-energy, accountable team environment with strong performance recognition.
