Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Recruiter III to partner with hiring managers on high-volume corporate and technical hiring. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer and onboarding, using AI-enabled tools and modern ATS to deliver a data-driven candidate experience.

Based in Seattle or Arlington, VA, this contract role focuses on immigration support, offer negotiations, and collaborating with global teams to accelerate hiring while maintaining quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through hire.
• Hands-on use of AI-driven recruiting tools.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience in corporate and technical high-volume hiring.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams.
• Skilled in guiding compensation and offer strategy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and candidates through closing and offers.
• Provide data-driven counsel on compensation and offer strategy.
• Drive candidate experience with timely communication and structured interviews.
• Manage immigration cases and visa sponsorships.
• Own the end-to-end offer process and negotiations.
• Coordinate pre-boarding questions and onboarding logistics.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and pipeline across requisitions.
• Use sourcing tools to identify and engage candidates.
• Lead interview debriefs and calibrate interviewers.
• Identify process improvements to speed recruiting and improve quality.
