Job summary

Rhoads Industries, located at The Navy Yard in Philadelphia, seeks a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive high-volume recruiting and oversee TA strategy across Professional, Technical, Production and Temporary roles. You will manage requisitions, optimize processes, and coach a team of recruiters to ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.

You will partner with business leaders to develop proactive hiring strategies, monitor metrics, and implement improvements to recruiting operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Certification in HR or Recruiting (i.e. PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS) a plus
• 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 5 years in high-volume or corporate environments.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience serving in a lead, senior recruiter, or recruiting operations capacity.
• Strong proficiency in using ATS, sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day operational lead for the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring recruiting priorities align with business objectives.
• Standardize hiring practices, interview processes, candidate evaluations, and communication to improve efficiency.
• Manage workload and requisition allocation across the recruiting team to maximize efficiency.
• Coach recruiters on sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and interviewing practices.
• Partner with leadership to establish recruiting priorities and workforce planning initiatives.
• Promote employer branding and represent the company at events and career fairs.
