Job summary

Premium Merchant Funding (PMF) is a leading provider of working capital for small and medium-sized businesses, based in New York City. We are seeking a recruiting professional to own the full-cycle process for our high-volume, commission-based sales team and occasional operations roles.

You'll partner with sales leaders, source top talent, interview and close candidates, and help grow PMF's internship program.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven track record owning results and driving hiring
• Ability to build trust with sales leaders
• Strong instincts for reading candidates beyond resume and motivation
• Comfort managing multiple searches at different stages
• Clear, confident communication with candidates and leaders
• Experience with ATS, Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales team leaders to run full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding
• Build strong working relationships with team leaders and learn what makes a candidate thrive
• Assess candidates for drive, resilience and coachability for commission-based roles
• Lead searches for operations and support roles as needed
• Oversee PMF's summer internship program: sourcing, screening, timelines and onboarding 100+ interns
• Identify and propose improvements to recruitment processes and share with leadership
• Keep operations leadership updated on pipeline activity and progress
