Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contractor) to lead regional staffing efforts, building talent pipelines and leveraging AI and Workday ATS for efficient hiring. The role offers hybrid work with one in-office day per week and potential remote placement for select locations.

You will manage budgets, screen candidates, train managers, and measure regional hiring metrics, collaborating across teams to meet ambitious talent goals while upholding Sedgwick's values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and licensing as applicable.
• Four (4) years of staffing experience; three (3) years in high-volume direct recruiting.
• Insurance industry recruiting experience preferred; familiarity with recruiting software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staffing activities within a designated region and partners with management to meet regional objectives.
• Identify and cultivate sources for hiring through networking and referrals, internet mining, and candidate pipelines.
• Screen, interview, and test applicants; maintain applicant database with recruiting software.
