Definitive Healthcare is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner focused on our Commercial organization to own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

You’ll partner with Commercial leaders to build hiring strategies, source top revenue-generating talent, and provide market insights. A strong background in high-growth SaaS and technical recruiting is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on Sales and Commercial roles.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles (Engineering or Product) when needed.
• Strong data-driven approach and ability to present metrics to leadership.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Deep understanding of sales org structures and competencies for top talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Commercial roles from intake to close.
• Collaborate with Commercial leaders to define roles and profiles and hiring strategy.
• Source passive candidates through multi-channel strategies and build pipelines.
• Guide candidates through a high-touch interview process with a strong candidate experience.
• Analyze pipeline data and provide hiring recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with TA peers to raise hiring quality across the team.
