Badger Meter is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead strategic recruiting for technical and engineering roles across U.S. operations.

You’ll partner with hiring leaders to understand needs, build targeted sourcing strategies, and oversee high-impact hiring outcomes with a focus on candidate experience and employer branding. You’ll drive full-cycle recruitment, mentor others when needed, and influence TA processes to stay ahead of market trends in a collaborative, hybrid work

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting technical, engineering, or manufacturing roles.
• Proven ability to fill complex, hard-to-find skill sets through creative sourcing strategies.
• Strong consultative approach—comfortable influencing and advising senior stakeholders.
• Expertise across sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, social platforms, networking, etc.).
• Experience using structured interview techniques to assess both technical capability and cultural alignment.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to adapt strategies based on market trends.
