Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Talent Acquisition III to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and geographies. You will partner with senior leaders, design scalable processes, and mentor recruiters to build proactive talent pipelines.

You will drive interview strategies for leadership roles, monitor KPIs, and ensure efficient workload and workforce planning to support business growth.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including leading complex hiring programs across functions/geographies.
• Demonstrated success in high-volume, technical, leadership hiring initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, talent market mapping, and workforce planning.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Analytical skills using recruiting metrics and workforce data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and regions.
• Conduct interviews for leadership and strategic roles with hiring managers.
• Manage requisition workloads, hiring priorities, and capacity planning.
• Monitor and improve recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, acceptance rate).
• Drive optimization of recruitment workflows, systems, governance, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and hiring standards.
• Lead recruitment governance meetings and report on progress and risks.
• Serve as primary Talent Acquisition partner to Hiring Managers with strategic consulting.
