Qualifications

• 4-8 years of progressive experience in full cycle recruiting for non-technical and technical jobs.
• Experience building partnerships with stakeholders at all levels to influence hiring decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search.
• Solid understanding of employment laws, compliance regulations, and recruiting ethics.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive presence and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and partnerships with universities and networks.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy with requisition data, job descriptions, and hiring records in the ATS.
• Drive candidate attraction by optimizing job ads across digital channels and industry networks.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and advise hiring managers on decisions.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Help implement plans to meet hiring targets and KPIs with a focus on optimization.
• Maintain data integrity throughout all recruitment phases and ensure policy compliance.
• Partner with Compensation and Total Rewards to advise on competitive offers and branding.
