Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Mfg is seeking a Recruiter, Level 3 in Waller, TX to drive end-to-end talent acquisition for experienced candidates across roles. You will define roles, source top talent, assess, negotiate offers, and onboard in partnership with HRBPs and leadership.

You will analyze data to identify trends, report results to senior management, and implement plans to exceed hiring targets while ensuring compliance with EEO and FLSA.

Qualifications

• 9-15 years of in-depth full cycle recruiting expertise for professional, sales, engineering and leadership roles.
• 7+ years developing Talent Acquisition strategies and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish recruiting requirements by studying plans and objectives; collaborate with managers on needs and long term strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including role definition, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer and onboarding.
• Build applicant sources through community relations, colleges, agencies, media and internet sites; present opportunities and benefits.
• Ensure job requisitions, EEO and FLSA details are accurately entered in the ATS.
• Attract applicants by posting advertisements and using social media and job boards.
• Interview applicants, verify references and assess qualifications against job requirements.
• Analyze data to identify trends, report findings and offer recommendations to senior management.
• Develop plans to exceed hiring targets and KPIs with continuous improvement and operational excellence.
