Responsibilities

• Build and maintain talent pipelines via sourcing, events, universities.
• Ensure requisition data and job descriptions comply with policies.
• Optimize job ads across digital channels to attract talent.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and advise hiring managers.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and present insights to HR.
• Support hiring targets and KPIs with continuous improvement.
• Maintain data integrity across recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with Compensation to craft offers.
• Stay updated on market trends and TA best practices.
• Mentor junior recruiters and escalate complex cases.
• Participate in cross-functional TA projects.
• Suggest continuous improvements.
• Contribute to additional projects to enhance TA.
