Job summary

Renegade Materials looks for a Talent Acquisition & Contracts Specialist to join our team in Ohio. This unique role combines full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and early-career talent development with exposure to customer contracts and commercial operations.

You’ll own the recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding, build a consistent new hire orientation experience, develop our internship and co‑op program, and support the contracts side of our aerospace manufacturing business.

Qualifications

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience with new hire orientation, onboarding and employee training.
Experience with HRIS/ERP/ATS or similar systems.
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
Facilitate new hire orientation and coordinate required training.
Oversee college co-op program and build relationships with local colleges and universities.
Support HRIS activities, reporting, compliance and other HR projects.
Review customer purchase orders, contracts and agreements to identify requirements needing additional review.
Coordinate contract requirements and open items with Sales and other internal teams.
Support NDAs, customer documentation and contract recordkeeping.
