Job summary

Huron is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate in the United States to identify and attract top talent. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to source, screen, and present qualified candidates for job openings, emphasizing candidate experience and recruiter effectiveness.

You will build strong relationships with HR, Operations, and other stakeholders, draft compelling job descriptions, and leverage social media strategies and ATS/CRM tools to maintain clean data and drive

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience—consulting, corporate, professional services, or executive search.
Strong change agility and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and partner with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
