The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and experienced in recruiting technology professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate environment, professional services, or tech.
• Experience recruiting technology professionals across enterprise applications, consulting, or digital environments.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and building candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for positions across the United States and Canada.
• Source and engage qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and social channels.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBP to understand requirements and priorities.
• Provide clear candidate summaries for hiring managers and coordinate interview processes.
• Support timely feedback and decisions through the recruiting lifecycle.
