Job summary

The City of Alexandria, VA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to support the Senior Talent Acquisition Lead with full-cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, interview and offer coordination, onboarding support, and recruitment reporting. This onsite role collaborates with hiring managers and contributes to a respectful, service-focused candidate experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, maintaining ATS data, creating reports, and ensuring compliance with EEO/AA and ADA

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional HR experience.
• Equivalent combinations of experience and training.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full lifecycle recruiting for assigned searches.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to implement recruiting strategies.
• Conduct direct sourcing, networking, and outreach including diversity initiatives.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers; support onboarding.
• Prepare weekly recruitment reports and monitor costs.
• Maintain knowledge of EEO/AA guidelines and ADA.
