Job summary

The position offers a hybrid schedule with in-office and remote days, and requires 3+ years in talent acquisition. SHRM-CP/SCP certification within one year of employment is required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of talent acquisition or full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and employment laws.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: provide consultative guidance on hiring strategies, talent availability, and qualifications.
• Teamwork: collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and stakeholders to strengthen employer brand.
• Assessment: establish skills, competencies, and success criteria using labor market data and trends.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and efficiency.
• Advise: act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers.
• Quality Assurance: ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
• Human Resources: partner with HR colleagues to identify internal talent and mobility.
• Networking: build relationships with qualified talent via networks, referrals and digital platforms.
