Beazley is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support recruiting across North America, with a primary focus on Underwriting and Claims. You will build proactive talent pipelines, partner with hiring teams, and shape sourcing strategies to attract diverse top talent.

Qualifications

• Significant in-house or RPO experience with direct sourcing.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is desirable.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across geographies.
• Experience sourcing diverse candidates using web tools.
• Able to manage multiple concurrent roles efficiently.
• Customer-focused approach to candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and build relationships.
• Experience working across international markets.
• Continuous improvement mindset to refine processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end recruitment process with hiring teams.
• Source high-quality diverse candidates through targeted strategies.
• Represent Beazley's brand to external talent markets for a best-in-class experience.
• Lead hiring for Underwriting and Claims.
• Embed inclusive hiring practices and monitor market trends.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Business Partners.
• Develop knowledge of North American talent markets to support international hiring.
• Leverage networks and tools to stay ahead of recruitment trends.
• Contribute to broader TA initiatives.
