You will partner with executives to anticipate workforce needs, attract top talent, and scale hiring processes while ensuring inclusive practices and strong candidate experiences.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in end-to-end recruitment, including management, and can balance immediate hiring with long-term talent objectives in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience recruiting technology talent across engineering, data, cybersecurity, and SaaS.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Lead recruitment for technology roles, from sourcing to offer management.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to improve candidate experience and employer branding.
