I Am Boundless, a non-profit serving Ohio, seeks a Systems & Improvement Manager to oversee OhioRISE systems, data analytics, and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate technology, drive continuous improvement, and work with leadership to enhance program performance while ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, IT, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Public Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five (7) years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare, managed care, behavioral health, information technology, data analytics, systems improvement, quality improvement, compliance, project management, organizational effectiveness, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience utilizing data and performance metrics to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of OhioRISE systems and operational support functions.
• Lead data analytics, compliance reporting, technology coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with CME Director and leadership to strengthen organizational effectiveness and program performance through tech solutions and BI.
• Serve as liaison between OhioRISE and Information Technology to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
• Support day-to-day program needs and identify operational priorities and barriers, coordinating effective solutions.
