Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Ohio seeks an OhioRISE Associate Director for Region I to oversee care coordination in the assigned catchment area and support Care Coordination Managers in operations, administration, and clinical functions.

The role drives quality improvement initiatives, ensures adherence to financial and regulatory expectations, and engages with CME leadership, Aetna, ODM, and stakeholders. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive leadership experience is required, and overseeing multisite experience is highly desired.
• Working knowledge of Medicaid regulations and procedures, licensing and certification requirements, and other state and federal regulations relating to the healthcare industry.
• Two years’ experience managing large budgets/projects and providing operational forecasting for financial modeling.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, healthcare administration, or another related field is required. A master’s degree is preferred in the above-related fields.
• LSW/ LPC preferred
• Valid driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Provides the necessary infrastructure to implement the OhioRISE Care Management Entity Program and Wraparound Care Coordination Service for the assigned Catchment Area
• Supervises Care Managers, providing support, developmental opportunities, and ongoing coaching
• Communicates organizational and programmatic goals to teams and implements them within the catchment area
• Oversees community and stakeholder engagement strategy for the assigned catchment area
• Co-leads CME Quality Improvement Plan and coordinates OhioRISE trainings for quality improvement
• Travels as needed to assist with duties and goals
• All other duties as assigned
